Here are some strategies to help you determine if you are in contact with a member of our genuine NetDocuments recruitment team or a fraudulent actor.
Our Recruitment Process:
- All legitimate NetDocuments job interviews are conducted face-to-face, either virtually or in person.
- We never request payment or confidential information such as bank details or social security numbers during our recruitment process.
- Official communications from our recruitment team come only from email addresses ending in @netdocuments.com. Be cautious of any communication from similar-looking domains like netdocumentsjobs.com or netdocumentshr.com, as these are not associated with our company.
How to Verify and Reach Out:
- Always verify the authenticity of the recruiter by checking the email domain.
- If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of any communication purportedly from NetDocuments, please directly contact our HR team at hr@netdocuments.com.
Reporting Fraud:
- If you believe you have been contacted by someone impersonating a NetDocuments recruiter, please notify us immediately at hr@netdocuments.com.
- Additionally, we encourage you to report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov, your local Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov.
